A bubble artist - a bubble performer, a bubbleologist, the bubble guy - is the person running the show: the one making the smoke bubbles, the bubbles inside bubbles, and the one big enough to close over a volunteer.

Our shows are performed, not demonstrated. The artist works the crowd, pulls the birthday child or a volunteer into the middle of it, and then hands the whole thing over - the second half of every Bubble Show and Play is the audience with wands in their hands.

What is a bubble party? An hour, at your venue, run by our team. Two shapes. Bubble Show and Play, $365: a 30-minute performance by a bubble artist, then 30 minutes where every guest has a wand, a tri-string and space to use it. Standard pricing covers 25 children; additional children $2 each. Bubble Play, $325: the full hour as hands-on play, hosted throughout, no performance segment. We bring machines, fluid, wands, tri-strings and music, and we take all of it away afterwards. Outdoors or under cover, ages 3 to 103.

What a bubble artist actually does: giant tri-string bubbles, the ones several feet long that hold their shape as they travel. Bubbles inside bubbles, and smoke-filled bubbles that burst as a cloud. A person inside a bubble - a volunteer standing in a tub while a film closes over them, which is the moment every child remembers. Bubble dancing - music, wands and a crowd that has stopped being an audience. The fluid matters more than anyone expects. Ours is mixed for the conditions we work in, and it is why our bubbles survive a Georgia afternoon and a supermarket-brand bottle does not.

Do your bubble artists perform outdoors or indoors?
Outdoors first - a lawn, a park, a courtyard or a covered pavilion. The fluid is non-staining but it makes a hard floor slick, so gyms, halls and living rooms are by arrangement only. Outdoors, nothing but the wind decides how big the biggest bubbles get.
