Big Idea Bubbles brings the whole show to you: the bubbleologist, the fluid, the wands, the music and the cleanup. A Bubble Show and Play runs one hour - thirty minutes of performance with the birthday child pulled into the middle of it, then thirty minutes where every guest has a wand and a tri-string of their own. Bubble Play is the same hour without the show, for groups who would rather be doing than watching from the first minute.

We work birthdays, school field days, daycare summer programs, church festivals, grand openings and community events with thousands of guests. Every booking is staffed by our own team from setup to cleanup, and the two packages cover almost everything - what changes market to market is who runs it and how far they travel.

How It Works

  • Tell us the date.

    Pick a package and a start time; we hold the date on a $100 deposit.

  • We bring everything.

    Machines, fluid, wands, tri-strings, music and a host. You need a flat spot outdoors and one outlet.

  • We run it, then we clean it up.

    One hour of show and play, then the site goes back the way we found it.

What You Provide

  • A 20 by 20 Outdoor Space

    Lawn, driveway, park pavilion or a covered patio - flat and clear. We book outdoors first; bubble fluid makes indoor floors slick.

  • A Power Outlet

    One standard household outlet within 100 feet, for the music and the bubble machines. We bring the cords; we do not bring generators.

  • An Eager Crowd

    Kids who want a wand. The grown-ups end up holding one too.

Who Books a Bubble Show

Birthday parties

One hour at your house, clubhouse or park. A 30-minute show with the birthday child in the middle of it, then 30 minutes where every guest has a wand.

School field days

A staffed bubble station on the rotation. Our host sets up before the first class, runs it all morning and packs down after the last group.

Daycares and summer programs

Outdoors or under a pavilion, ages three and up. Non-staining, no waiver and low on rules, which is what a summer-program morning needs.

Church and community events

VBS weeks, fall festivals and family nights. No queue, no waiver and no age gate, so the crowd keeps moving.

Corporate family days

A station a hundred people can drift past over two hours, and every one of them gets something. Staffed, insured and scaled to the crowd.

Festivals and city events

Delivered at community events with thousands of guests. We scale by adding hosts and machines, and handle setup, operation, cleanup and paperwork.

What is the difference between Bubble Show and Play and Bubble Play?
Bubble Show and Play is $365 and opens with a 30-minute performance - giant tri-strings, smoke bubbles, a volunteer inside a bubble - before 30 minutes of open play. Bubble Play is $325 and is the full hour of hands-on play with no performance segment. The $40 difference is the show.
How many children does the standard price cover before extras apply?
Standard pricing covers 25 children. It is a pricing threshold, not a limit - additional children are $2 each and we regularly run much larger groups. Tell us your headcount when you book and we will quote it.
What ages enjoy a bubble show, youngest to oldest?
Three to a hundred and three, which sounds like a joke and is roughly accurate. Toddlers chase bubbles, eight-year-olds want to make the biggest one, and adults queue for the person-inside-a-bubble trick.
Do you travel out to our home, park, school or venue?
Yes - every booking is at your venue. Homes, parks, clubhouses, schools, churches, malls and community spaces. We arrive with everything, set up, run the hour and clean up.
Is a bubble party the same as a foam party?
No, and they are different products with different requirements. A foam party fills an area with foam and everyone gets soaked; a bubble party runs in the open air, nobody gets soaked, and it produces individual bubbles people chase, catch and make. Foam parties are a different brand in our family.
What does the host need from us before arriving?
A flat outdoor area, roughly the space of a two-car driveway for a standard party, one standard outlet for the music and the machines, and access to bring equipment in. We do not bring generators.
How far in advance should a weekend date be booked?
Weekends fill first, and spring and early summer weekends fill months ahead. A $100 deposit holds the date.
Can a bubble show run indoors, in a gym or a hall?
We book outdoors first. Bubble fluid is non-staining, but it makes a hard floor slick, so a gym or a hall is by arrangement only - a covered pavilion, a courtyard or an open-sided shelter is the better indoor-ish option and works in any weather short of rain.
