How deposits, cancellations and rescheduling work.
These are the terms for every Big Idea Bubbles booking in metro Atlanta. Weather is the one place bubbles differ from the rest of the family: rain ends a bubble show, so rain reschedules.
- Deposit: $100 secures your date. The balance is due the day before your event.
- Customer cancellation more than 14 days before event: full refund of deposit, no questions asked.
- Customer cancellation 7 to 14 days before event: deposit refunded as event credit, valid 12 months for any Big Idea Bubbles Atlanta booking.
- Customer cancellation within 7 days of event: deposit forfeited, but we'll honor a one-time free reschedule to any available date within 6 months.
- Reschedule requests for any reason 7+ days out: free, subject to date availability.
- Same-day cancellation by Big Idea Bubbles (equipment failure, crew emergency, etc.): full refund of deposit plus a 20% credit toward your next booking.
- Rain or inclement weather: we reschedule at no charge. If rain, storms or conditions that make a bubble show unworkable fall on your event, we move it to any available date at no cost to you and your deposit moves with it.
- Severe weather. We will not run in lightning within 10 miles, a tornado watch or warning, sustained winds above 25 mph, or flooding. In every one of those cases the event reschedules at no charge.
