Frequently Asked Questions

How long does each class spend at the station in Tampa?
Around 15 to 20 minutes for a class of 25 to 30, which fits a standard Tampa Bay field day rotation. Our host resets the station between groups.
Is any school staff needed to operate the station itself?
No. Our host runs the station for the whole booking. Teachers only need to bring their class over and collect them.
Can we reserve back-to-back hours to cover the full Tampa Bay rotation?
Yes. Consecutive hours are the normal shape for a whole-school field day. Send us the class count and the schedule and we will quote it.
Are you insured for Hillsborough and Pinellas school district bookings?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability and umbrella coverage and send a certificate naming the district within one business day.
